Jaden is a 2017 graduate of Montclair State University and a 2022 graduate of Seton Hall University’s School of Law. Throughout law school, Jaden was actively involved in the Student Bar Association, serving as both Senator and Executive Secretary. Jaden was also a member of and published author in the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. In addition, Jaden was served as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and earned accolades for his skills as both an Oralist and Brief Writer.
Jaden comes to the firm with a diverse portfolio of professional experiences. From 2017 through 2019, Jaden worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP in New York City. During the summer of 2020, Jaden interned for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.C. in the District of New Jersey. In 2021, Jaden was selected to participate in McCarter & English’s inaugural Pro Bono Clerk program, which was created to address the severe housing crises exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In February 2023, Jaden was recognized at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s annual Pro Bono Awards Ceremony. For the first time since its inception, the NJSBA awarded the “Outstanding Law Student” award. This award recognizes “an individual law student or students who excelled in supporting pro bono or legal aid programs for underserved communities.” Jaden and his co-recipients were recognized for developing a series of informational videos for survivors of domestic and sexual violence who represented themselves in restraining order hearings.
Jaden recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Veronica Allende, J.S.C., in the Civil Division at the Hudson County Superior Court. While clerking in Hudson County, Jaden sharpened his skills by drafting judicial opinions and mediating contentious disputes. During the last quarter of his term, Jaden transferred to Vicinage 13 (Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties), where he managed the Special Civil Division docket under the guidance of Robert A. Ballard, the Civil Presiding Judge of Somerset County.
